Development (U8-U13) Evaluation Sessions

Nipissing District Soccer Club Grassroots Development Orientation Sessions provide young players and families with the opportunity to experience our development-focused training environment firsthand.

These sessions are designed to introduce players to the philosophy, structure, and coaching approach of our Grassroots Development Program while allowing our technical staff to observe players in a fun and supportive setting. NDSC is committed to creating a positive, challenging, and age-appropriate soccer experience that prioritizes long-term player development.

Sessions emphasize:

✔ Creativity and confidence on the ball

✔ Decision-making and enjoyment of the game

Who Can Attend                              

U8–U13 (Players born 2019–2014)

Players do not need to be current NDSC members to attend orientation sessions. All interested players are welcome; however, pre-registration is required.

Registration information will become available in late August 2026.

NDSC offers year-round opportunities for players to join our Youth Competitive Program through structured tryouts and player assessments. Whether you are new to NDSC or looking to take the next step in your soccer development, tryouts are the first step toward joining one of Northern Ontario's leading Soccer clubs.

Youth Competitive Tryouts (U14-U18)

Our Youth Competitive Program begins at U14 and provides a development-focused environment led by certified and experienced coaches. Players selected through tryouts are placed on teams that best match their skill level, potential, and developmental needs.

Who Can Attend

U14–U18 (Players born 2012–2009)

Players do not need to be current NDSC members to attend tryouts. All players interested in participating must pre-register.

Competitive Open Tryouts (U14+)

Please note that open fall tryouts available to all players typically take place in late September/early October. Team specific dates will be posted when announced. Invitational tryouts are ongoing throughout the year. If you are interested in having your child attend a tryout, please email admin@ndasc.ca to inquire.
